Queens is the easternmost, largest and second most populous in area of the five boroughs of New York City, geographically adjacent to the borough of Brooklyn at the western end of Long Island. It is the home of the city's two major airports, the New York Mets professional baseball team, the United States Open Tennis Center, and New York City's second-largest Chinatown (in Flushing). With over 170 languages spoken, Queens is the most ethnically diverse region in the United States, and one of the most diverse in the world.
